My background is in new home construction, so I know how every design decision plays out on the job site. I take a half-formed vision and turn it into a clear, buildable plan that your builder and trades can follow, on budget and on schedule.
I believe good design should be approachable. That is why my pricing is clear from the start, and why every project begins with a conversation about how you live, not just how you want your home to look.
Work With Me →Every project begins with a 60-minute on-site consultation and a selections appointment. From there, you receive a design presentation and product schedule, complete with photorealistic 3D renderings. Choose the bundle that fits your project, and add only what you need.
Best for one room or a focused project, such as a kitchen or bathroom, where the layout is already set.
Best for renovations where the layout or furniture plan is changing. Add $350 for each additional room.
Best for whole-home or multi-room projects that need design support through construction. Priced after your consultation.
A recent three-room renovation with a primary bathroom was estimated at $4,425. It included space planning, selections, a design presentation with 3D renderings, builder coordination, and progress site visits.

A 50% retainer is due at signing, and the balance is due when your design plan is delivered. Hourly services are estimates, and you are billed only for the time used. Furniture, fixtures, materials, and contractor labor are purchased separately.
